benemid I think many people are confused about the use of the term time-locked. It doesn’t mean frozen in time, it means no one can come or go from that event in time (The destruction). If you want to question the logic of how they had the ability to go there and all together, that’s fine, but the story was always that Gallifrey was destroyed AND the event was time-locked. Of course now, the suggestion may be that it was never destroyed, but only believed to be so due to their actions that only 11 can now remember.
